eej was organised on September 16, 2023, at the Mount Roskill War Memorial Hall and as every other year the event was dedicated to celebrating our festival that holds significant cultural importance for Nepali women.

The festivities featured traditional dance performances, providing attendees with a visual spectacle of Nepali culture. Performers ranging from various age groups adorned in vibrant attire showcased their talent and skill, captivating the audience with their graceful cultural dance.

In additional to cultural activities, the event also offered various fun fames for women to participate in. These games provided an opportunity for bonding, laughter and added an element of fun and excitement to the event, encouraging participants to engage.

To further enhance the festive atmosphere, a DJ played upbeat trending Nepali music adding to the overall energetic ambiance. Delicious traditional Nepali dinner which includes variety of dishes was also offered to all attendees as “Dar”.
